Your initial quote request does not require payment. Before you accept a paid service, your quote will identify its scope, charges, and cancellation terms.
Requesting cancellation
Submit a cancellation request through your customer portal or contact form and include your application ID. We will review the work completed, applicable service terms, and any payments made before confirming the available refund.
Government and third-party fees
Fees already paid to government agencies or third-party providers may not be refundable. Refund eligibility depends on those providers’ rules and whether funds have already been committed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Payment processor timing varies. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
